I love to cook intuitively, adding whatever is in season/the fridge until peak deliciousness is reached. This style of cooking doesn't really lend itself to written recipes, but occasionally I land on something so good it demands I force some measurements onto a page.

I've never been a fan of date balls - these are much lighter and so quick to throw together. I would say you need a reasonably powerful food processor to bring everything together though.
